Delete your account

The fastest way is in the app

If you can sign in, the quickest path is inside Stash. Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and follow the prompts. The app asks you to type your username to confirm, so the button cannot be tapped by accident.

What deletion does

• Your account is scheduled for deletion and enters a 30-day grace window. During that time you can sign back in and cancel, and nothing is purged yet.
• After 30 days, your journal entries, photos, profile, and account are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
• Some records we are legally required to keep, or that are fully anonymized, may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot sign in, request deletion here. Enter the email address on your account. To protect you from someone deleting an account they do not control, we send a confirmation link to that address, and the request only starts once you confirm it from that email.
